Dodd Human Rights Impact

*In 2020, the Dodd Center’s human rights outreach and engagement programs joined the Human Rights Institute at Dodd Human Rights Impact.

Dodd Human Rights Impact fosters a culture of human rights at UConn, in Connecticut, and around the world. Today, the Dodd Center houses the University Library’s Archives & Special Collections, the Center for Judaic Studies & Contemporary Jewish Life and the Human Rights Institute, and hosts exhibitions, events, and other activities for the campus community and broader public.

 

Women’s League Child Development Center

As the largest single-site early education center in Greater Hartford, they provide stimulating, high-quality learning experiences for preschool children in a vibrant, safe, state-of-the-art building. They’ve proudly earned accreditation from the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) – the nation’s leading organization of early childhood professionals.

Le Korsa

Le Korsa is a dynamic non-profit organization that works directly with dedicated doctors, teachers, and students in Senegal to improve human lives. Operating programs at carefully selected sites, responding quickly and immediately to emergencies, we are astonishingly effective. Our actions are concrete, designed to fulfill urgent needs. We are in constant contact with our network of Senegalese colleagues to make sure that we are achieving our goals, and the results are extraordinary.
